Retailers Bullish on New Budweiser Brewmaster’s Premium Sauces & Marinades Powered by The Fremont Company

If anyone knows consumer interests, it’s food retailers, and they’ve responded enthusiastically to the new Budweiser Brewmaster’s Premium Barbecue Sauces and Marinades, starting to hit shelves now but with a significant availability expansion scheduled for Q1 2018. The natural combination of classic American barbecue and Budweiser, the King of beers, has come together in a new line of enthusiast sauces, representing two years of development by executive chefs from Anheuser-Busch/Budweiser and The Fremont Company. The Fremont Company will also produce and distribute the products.

The new BBQ sauces will be available in five flavors: Classic, Sweet & Smoky, Honey, Sweet & Spicy, and Bold & Spicy. The new Wing sauces will be available in Mild and Hot. The marinades will be available in Sizzlin’ Steakhouse and Buffalo Chicken while the Steak & Burger sauce brings a completely new and different flavor profile to the steak sauce and BBQ categories. These new sauces deliver premium quality flavoring to BBQ, wing, steak and burger sauces and marinades categories and consumers.

The Fremont Company Hires Food Industry Expert as New Quality Assurance Director

FREMONT, OHIO: November 1, 2017: The Fremont Company, producers of Frank’s Kraut and Mississippi BBQ Sauce, has just hired Mary Bellerose as director of quality assurance, to oversee quality optimization at all three Ohio plants: Fremont, Rockford, and Willoughby.

Bellerose has held several positions within the food industry including the management of High Risk Ready to Eat USDA products, bakery and seafood processing, and has consulted in the areas of GFSI certification, manufacturing optimization and FSMA compliance. Additionally, she has worked in thermal processing, natural and organic brands, marinated salads processing and high-speed bottling.

She will be responsible for Quality Assurance across all Fremont plants, interact with customers, represent the company on matters of quality, and be involved in plant expansion planning projects, as well as integrating three completely different processing plants into one quality scheme.

Bellerose holds degrees in food science, quality, business management and culinary arts.
